We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • There is a size-related issue (wrong size received or size does not fit as per the size chart)

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fayvior.com with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).

If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label

  • You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Exchanges are only supported for size-related issues.
The fastest way to receive the correct size is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Include proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
